  • Providing accurate business information, creative assets, and access to necessary accounts/platforms.

  • Maintaining compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, and data protection laws.

  • Ensuring payments are made in accordance with agreed billing cycles.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Fees for services will be detailed in the proposal or agreement shared with the client.

  • All payments must be made in full and on time. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, campaigns, creatives, and reports provided by Robustedge remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, trademarks, and original content provided to Robustedge.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business strategies, data, and proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Robustedge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., rankings, revenue, conversions) as digital marketing performance is influenced by numerous external factors.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed contract terms.

  • Robustedge reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may involve integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Robustedge is not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of such platforms.
