  • If you have subscribed to any subscription-based tools or services through Robustedge, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used the service.
  • After 7 days, refunds will not be processed, but you may cancel future billing cycles anytime.

3. Training, Courses & Educational Materials

  • Payments for digital courses, workshops, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • If you are unable to attend a live training session, we will provide access to a recorded session (if available).

4. Third-Party Services

  • In cases where Robustedge facilitates third-party services (e.g., ad platforms, software tools, or partner subscriptions), refunds are subject to the policies of the respective third-party provider. Robustedge does not guarantee refunds for third-party costs.

5. Technical Errors / Duplicate Payments

  • If a transaction error or duplicate payment occurs due to a technical issue, we will process a 100% refund within 7-10 business days after verification.
